  1. Develop and maintain integrated program schedules for the F-35 program, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
  2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify dependencies and critical path, and develop realistic timelines for project milestones.
  3. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to identify and resolve potential schedule conflicts and delays.
  4. Monitor and track progress against the program schedule, identifying any issues or risks and providing recommendations for mitigation.
  5. Communicate schedule updates and changes to project team members and leadership, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  6. Continuously evaluate and improve the program planning and scheduling processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  7. Conduct regular program reviews and provide status reports to senior management, highlighting schedule performance and any potential impacts on project delivery.
  8. Manage and maintain program planning tools and software, ensuring accuracy and consistency of data.
  9. Develop and maintain a resource-loaded schedule, identifying resource constraints and recommending solutions to optimize resource allocation.
  10. Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and components to support the program schedule.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in program planning and scheduling, incorporating new techniques and tools as appropriate.
  12. Mentor and train junior program planners, providing guidance and support to develop their skills and knowledge.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as government regulations and guidelines, in the performance of duties.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Project Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Program Planning And Scheduling, Preferably In A Defense Or Aerospace Industry.

  • Proficiency In Project Management Software Such As Microsoft Project And Primavera.

  • Knowledge Of Program Management Principles And Processes, Including Risk Management And Cost Estimation.

  • Experience With F-35 Development Program And Understanding Of Its Complex Development And Production Schedule.
