  1. Develop and maintain an integrated master schedule for the F-35 Development project, ensuring alignment with overall program objectives and deadlines.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project data and identify dependencies, risks, and constraints that could impact the schedule.
  3. Analyze project data and trends to identify potential schedule issues and propose solutions to mitigate them.
  4. Regularly communicate project status and schedule updates to stakeholders, including project managers, team members, and senior leadership.
  5. Facilitate schedule review meetings and provide recommendations for adjustments and improvements to optimize project timelines.
  6. Ensure all schedule changes are properly documented and communicated to relevant parties.
  7. Monitor and track project progress against schedule milestones and deadlines, taking proactive measures to address any delays or issues.
  8. Work closely with project managers to develop and maintain project budgets and resource plans.
  9. Identify and implement best practices for project planning and scheduling, and continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert on project scheduling, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.
  11. Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and advancements in program planning and scheduling.
  12. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Business, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Program Management Or Scheduling, Preferably In The Aerospace Industry.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Project Management Principles And Tools, Including Earned Value Management (Evm) And Critical Path Method (Cpm).

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Scheduling Risks And Conflicts.
