  1. Develop and maintain the master schedule for the F-35 program, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project goals and deadlines.

  4. Implement strategies to mitigate schedule delays and ensure timely completion of project milestones.

  6. Conduct regular analysis of project data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimization.
  7. Utilize project management tools and techniques to effectively manage resources, budgets, and timelines.
  8. Work closely with project managers and team members to ensure all tasks and deliverables are accurately reflected in the project schedule.
  9. Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and tools for project scheduling, and make recommendations for process improvements.
  10. Collaborate with other program planners and teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all project schedules.
  11. Conduct regular status meetings and provide progress reports to management and stakeholders.
  12. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations related to project planning and scheduling.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, encouraging open communication and teamwork.
  14. Continuously monitor project progress and recommend adjustments to the schedule as needed to ensure successful project completion.
  15. Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Program Planning And Scheduling, Preferably In The Aerospace Or Defense Industry.

  • Proficiency In Using Project Management Software Such As Primavera Or Microsoft Project.

  • Knowledge Of F-35 Development Program And Related Systems, Processes, And Procedures.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Scheduling Risks And Conflicts.
