  1. Develop and maintain program schedules in accordance with customer requirements and company processes.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data to support program planning and scheduling.
  3. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues in program schedules.
  4. Monitor program progress and report on schedule performance to stakeholders.
  5. Develop and maintain resource-loaded schedules to support resource planning and allocation.
  6. Facilitate regular meetings and reviews to ensure program schedules are on track and meeting objectives.
  7. Communicate schedule changes and updates to stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.
  8. Conduct schedule analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.
  9. Ensure compliance with company and industry standards for program planning and scheduling.
  10. Support proposal development by providing input on program schedules and timelines.
  11. Collaborate with program management to develop program budgets and monitor cost and schedule variances.
  12. Mentor and train junior program planners on best practices and processes.
  13. Continuously improve program planning and scheduling processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Adhere to all safety and security protocols while working on sensitive and classified projects.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Engineering, Mathematics, Or Business.

  • 1-3 Years Of Experience In Program Planning, Scheduling, Or Project Management.

  • Proficiency In Scheduling Software Such As Microsoft Project Or Primavera.

  • Knowledge Of Earned Value Management Principles And Experience In Implementing Them In Project Planning.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Schedule Risks.
