  1. Develop comprehensive program plans: Create detailed and comprehensive program plans that outline project goals, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  2. Ensure seamless execution: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and coordinated execution of program plans, identifying and addressing any potential roadblocks or issues.
  3. Monitor progress: Regularly track and monitor project progress, identifying and addressing any deviations from the plan to ensure timely delivery.
  4. Analyze data: Utilize analytical skills to analyze program data and identify areas for improvement in order to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  5. Communicate effectively: Effectively communicate program plans, progress, and any issues or concerns to stakeholders, including senior management.
  6. Manage resources: Collaborate with team members to allocate resources effectively and efficiently to ensure successful implementation of program plans.
  7. Identify risks: Proactively identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate their impact on project delivery.
  8. Foster collaboration: Facilitate collaboration and communication between project teams to ensure alignment and cohesion in achieving project goals.
  9. Comply with company standards: Ensure program plans and execution comply with company policies, procedures, and standards.
  10. Drive innovation: Continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement in program planning and execution processes to drive the company's mission forward.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Program Planning, Scheduling, And/Or Project Management.

  • Proficient In Using Project Management Software Such As Microsoft Project Or Primavera.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Anticipate And Mitigate Potential Risks And Issues.

  • Knowledge Of Government Contracting And Acquisition Processes, As Well As Experience Working With Various Stakeholders And Cross-Functional Teams.
