Job Description

Lead a group of technical professionals performing Reliability, EMI/EMC/E3, Human Factors, EEE Parts, and Materials and Processes Engineering tasks for the CPS program. Deployed to the CPS SEIT group. Coach and oversee group and individual development using technical leadership and performance management. Present appropriate Specialty or Parts and Materials technical issues to Program Leadership on a regular basis. Ensure efforts are effectively staffed and that personnel are fully engaged and committed to program success. Maintain awareness, engagement and communication of critical issues and their reach across the CPS program. Lead and execute strategic initiatives to improve cost, schedule, and technical performance

Job Qualifications

  • Experience guiding the successful resolution of technically complex issues by applying technical knowledge

  • Experience in mentoring and supporting career development

  • Familiar with using business tools and systems for configuration management and quality control (e.g. SAP, EPDM, PMPDB, LIMS)

  • Experience participating in major program milestone reviews such as PDR and CDR
