  14. Assist in special projects and initiatives related to human capital data analysis and management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Analytics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Data Analysis, Preferably In A Human Resources Or Talent Management Role.

  • Proficiency In Data Management And Analysis Tools, Such As Sql, Excel, And Tableau.

  • Strong Understanding Of Human Capital Metrics And Analytics, With The Ability To Interpret And Present Data To Inform Strategic Decision Making.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
