Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Data Analysis And Reporting, Preferably In A Human Resources Or Talent Management Context.
Proficient In Microsoft Excel, Including Experience With Pivot Tables, Macros, And Data Visualization Tools.
Strong Understanding Of Statistical Analysis And Data Modeling Techniques.
