  11. Mentor and provide guidance to junior hardware engineers.
  12. Comply with all safety and security protocols while working with sensitive and classified information.
  13. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner while interacting with clients and partners.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Hardware Design And Development.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Hardware Design Tools And Software, Such As Cad And Simulation Tools.

  • Experience With Various Hardware Platforms And Architectures, Including Microprocessors And Digital Signal Processors.

  • Familiarity With Industry Standards And Regulations For Hardware Design, Such As Mil-Std-810 And Do-178B.
