We are currently seeking a skilled Guidance, Navigation & Control Hardware Engineer to join our team and help develop advanced systems for the aerospace and defense industry. As a GNC Hardware Engineer, you will play a critical role in the design, development, and testing of hardware components that are essential for the navigation and control of our advanced systems and vehicles.   1. Design and develop hardware components for guidance, navigation, and control systems in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.
  2. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential design improvements and ensure optimal functionality and performance.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers and system integrators, to ensure seamless integration of hardware components into overall system design.
  4. Create and maintain detailed documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and reports, to ensure accuracy and traceability of all work.
  5. Conduct rigorous testing and validation of hardware components to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the design, development, and testing process.
  7. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
  8. Stay current on industry trends and advancements in guidance, navigation, and control hardware technology.
  9. Continuously strive to improve and optimize hardware design processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  10. Communicate project updates and progress to team members, project managers, and other stakeholders.
  11. Actively participate in design reviews and provide valuable insights and recommendations for design improvements.
  12. Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality work within designated deadlines.
  13. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source necessary materials and components for hardware development.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to confidentiality, security, and ethical standards.
  15. Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion with a high level of attention to detail.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Designing, Developing, And Testing Guidance, Navigation, And Control Hardware Systems For Aerospace Applications.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As C, C++, And Matlab For Embedded Systems.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Navigation Sensors, Such As Inertial Measurement Units (Imus), Global Navigation Satellite Systems (Gnss), And Magnetometers.

  • Familiarity With Industry Standards And Regulations For Aerospace Hardware Development, Such As Do-178C And Mil-Std-1553.
