- Conduct financial planning and analysis activities to support business decisions and drive financial performance.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data through rigorous analysis and reconciliation.
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data and provide key insights.
- Identify and communicate financial risks and opportunities to senior management.
- Monitor and report on financial performance, including variances to budget and forecast.
- Support the development of annual operating plans and long-term financial goals.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for executive leadership.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve financial processes.
- Act as a subject matter expert on financial planning and analysis, providing guidance and support to team members and other departments as needed.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives to drive business growth and efficiency.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive financial information.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Financial Planning And Analysis, Preferably In A Large Corporation.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Financial Data And Make Recommendations.
Proficiency In Financial Modeling And Forecasting.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Financial Information To Non-Financial Stakeholders.
