  1. Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.
  2. Create and maintain financial models to forecast company performance.
  3. Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and presentations.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data.
  5. Identify trends and variances in financial data and provide recommendations for improvement.
  6. Assist in the development of annual budgets and long-term financial plans.

  10. Stay updated on industry and market trends to inform financial analysis.

  12. Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements.
  13. Participate in financial planning and analysis projects as needed.
  14. Train and mentor junior financial analysts.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve financial processes and systems.
  16. Collaborate with external auditors to provide support for financial audits.
  17. Stay informed about regulatory and accounting changes that may impact financial planning and analysis.
  18. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Financial Planning And Analysis, Preferably In A Large Corporation Or Government Contractor.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Analyze Complex Financial Data And Provide Actionable Insights.

  • Proficiency In Financial Modeling And Forecasting, Including The Use Of Advanced Microsoft Excel Functions And Financial Software.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Financial Information To Non-Financial Stakeholders.
