  1. Design and develop flight test instrumentation systems for various aircraft and spacecraft programs.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including pilots, engineers, and technicians to ensure successful implementation of instrumentation systems.
  3. Conduct research and analysis to identify innovative solutions for flight test instrumentation challenges.
  4. Develop and maintain system requirements and specifications for flight test instrumentation.
  5. Perform system integration, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure proper functioning of instrumentation systems.
  6. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards for flight test instrumentation.
  7. Develop and maintain documentation for flight test instrumentation systems, including test plans, procedures, and reports.
  8. Provide technical support and guidance to other team members and stakeholders.
  9. Stay updated with industry advancements and incorporate new technologies and techniques into flight test instrumentation processes.
  10. Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to procure necessary equipment and components.
  11. Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of flight test instrumentation solutions.
  12. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures related to flight test instrumentation.
  13. Communicate and present project updates and results to management and other stakeholders.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and ethical standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Ability To Obtain And Maintain A Security Clearance.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Aerospace Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Flight Test Instrumentation, Preferably In A Military Or Defense Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Various Flight Test Instrumentation Systems And Data Acquisition Techniques.

  • Familiarity With Mil-Std-1553, Arinc 429, And Other Relevant Military And Industry Standards.
