- Develop and deliver comprehensive flight training programs for new and experienced pilots, in line with company standards and regulations.
- Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and tools to effectively train and evaluate pilots' knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely feedback and addressing any areas for improvement.
- Stay current with industry advancements and updates in aviation technology, procedures, and regulations to continuously enhance training programs.
- Collaborate with other flight instructors and subject matter experts to develop and maintain training materials and resources.
- Ensure the safety and security of all training operations and equipment, adhering to company and industry safety protocols.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for students of diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
- Serve as a mentor and role model for students, promoting professionalism and a strong work ethic.
- Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and company leadership to provide updates on training progress and address any concerns or issues.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge of company products and procedures.
Faa Certified Flight Instructor (Cfi) Rating.
Minimum Of 1,500 Hours Of Flight Experience.
Experience Teaching In A Variety Of Aircraft, Including Advanced Or Military Aircraft.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Faa Regulations And Safety Procedures.
Strong Communication And Instructional Skills To Effectively Train And Mentor Students.
