Job Description

Lead the team of program finance professionals who are responsible for the integration of F-35 subcontractor EV data into prime contract data/reports. Validate team data integrity; reconciliation of subcontract data to prime contract reporting, reconciliation of reported actuals to SAP billings, and ensuring accurate performance reporting through the subcontract lifecycle. Support Subcontract Program Management through active analysis of financial products for EAC accuracy, achievable baseline plans (IBR support), and compliance with applicable Data Item Description (E.G. IPMR DI-MGMT-81861A). Represent finance at Supplier Forum to ensure financial reporting requirements are appropriately levied upon procurements. Support prime contract funding by tracking supplier expenditures and Termination Liability (TL) profiles versus planned funding profiles.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) guidelines and processes and their implementation on programs.

  • 6-8 years’ experience in managing and analyzing cost and financial performance.

  • Familiar with financial reporting requirements

  • Leadership experience in leading, motivating and mentoring a diverse team of Program Finance professionals in a dynamic program environment
