- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures for all company facilities.
- Oversee and manage a team of security personnel to ensure the safety and security of facilities.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze security trends and recommend improvements to existing protocols.
- Manage and maintain relationships with external security vendors and contractors.
- Conduct investigations into security incidents and develop plans for prevention and response.
- Develop and conduct training programs for security personnel to ensure they are properly trained and equipped for their roles.
- Maintain records and reports on security incidents, risk assessments, and training programs.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulations related to facility security.
- Develop emergency response plans and procedures for various scenarios.
- Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on security operations and any potential risks.
- Monitor and manage the budget for security operations.
- Foster a culture of safety and security throughout the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Facility Management, Security, Or Protection Services.
Strong Knowledge Of Security Systems, Protocols, And Procedures.
Experience In Conducting Risk Assessments And Developing Security Plans.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Work Cross-Functionally With Other Departments.
