Ethics & Compliance Analyst

Assist with the Ethics Help Line and related activities to provide employees a confidential avenue to express ethics concerns, make inquiries, and report misconduct. Assist in tracking and logging investigation results and inquiries in the Case Organization & Management Enterprise Tool (COMET). Maintain the quality of the COMET database to ensure consistency. Support Ethics and Business Conduct Steering Committee meetings. Create and communicate Ethics messages and other communication and awareness initiatives and best practices. Promote the Ethics program through employee outreach initiatives such as site visits, employee communications, case studies and engagement with the external community. Some travel will be required. Provide guidance and interpretation of ethics and business conduct policy to employees in order to promote an ethical culture.
