  1. Utilize expertise in ERP systems to support and optimize the manufacturing process.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to effectively plan and schedule production activities.
  3. Develop and maintain production schedules, taking into consideration material availability, capacity constraints, and customer requirements.
  4. Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  5. Communicate production status and any potential issues to management and relevant stakeholders.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations.
  7. Continuously seek opportunities to streamline and improve manufacturing processes.
  8. Train and mentor junior team members on ERP systems and manufacturing planning best practices.
  9. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
  10. Participate in cross-functional meetings to provide input and insights on production planning and operations.
  11. Stay current on industry trends and advancements in ERP systems and manufacturing techniques.
  12. Adhere to health and safety standards and promote a culture of safety in the workplace.
  13. Maintain accurate documentation and records related to production planning activities.
  14. Support and contribute to project initiatives and process improvement projects.
  15. Represent the company and its values in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Production Planning And Scheduling Within An Erp Environment.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Manufacturing Processes, Including Material Requirements Planning (Mrp) And Capacity Planning.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Develop And Implement Efficient Production Plans.

  • Experience With Erp Systems Such As Sap, Oracle, Or Microsoft Dynamics, As Well As Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Data Analysis Tools.
