- Conducting thorough research and analysis to understand the organization's ERP system and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes to the ERP system.
- Developing and maintaining detailed documentation of the ERP system, including processes, procedures, and user manuals.
- Identifying and addressing any issues or roadblocks in the ERP system, and working with stakeholders to find effective solutions.
- Monitoring and evaluating the performance and effectiveness of the ERP system, and providing recommendations for enhancements.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in ERP systems and technology, and making recommendations for their implementation.
- Leading training sessions and providing support to end-users to ensure proper utilization and adoption of the ERP system.
- Collaborating with external vendors and consultants to ensure the successful implementation of new ERP system functionalities.
- Participating in project planning and execution, including defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Proactively identifying and communicating potential risks and issues related to the ERP system to management and stakeholders.
- Contributing to the development and maintenance of data governance and security policies for the ERP system.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and procedures related to the ERP system.
- Representing the company and the ERP system at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Mentoring and guiding junior team members to enhance their knowledge and skills in ERP systems and business analysis.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Business Analysis, Preferably In An Erp Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Erp Systems, Such As Sap, Oracle, Or Ms Dynamics.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams.
Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices And Experience In Implementing Erp Solutions In A Large Organization.
