  1. Develop and implement safety and environmental policies and procedures in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  2. Conduct regular safety and environmental audits to identify and address potential hazards and risks.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
  4. Develop and deliver safety and environmental training programs for employees at all levels.
  5. Conduct thorough investigations of safety and environmental incidents and develop corrective action plans.
  6. Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in safety and environmental performance.
  7. Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes to continuously improve safety and environmental processes.
  8. Act as a liaison between the company and regulatory agencies, representing the company's interests in all safety and environmental matters.
  9. Provide technical expertise and support to various departments on safety and environmental issues.
  10. Partner with suppliers and vendors to ensure the use of environmentally responsible materials and practices.
  11. Drive initiatives to reduce waste, conserve resources, and promote sustainability within the company.
  12. Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures to ensure a quick and effective response in case of an environmental or safety incident.
  13. Communicate regularly with management and employees about safety and environmental performance, goals, and initiatives.
  14. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all safety and environmental activities and incidents.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve safety and environmental programs to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health And Safety, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Environmental Safety And Health, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Aerospace Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Environmental Regulations And Laws.

  • Strong Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Hazards And Risks.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Teams And Present Technical Information To Various Stakeholders.
