  1. Lead the development of displays for advanced defense systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  3. Manage a team of electronics engineers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  4. Ensure compliance with company and industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to procure necessary components for display development.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electronics Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Display Engineering, With A Focus On Developing And Managing Display Systems For Complex Electronic Systems.

  • Strong Technical Knowledge Of Display Technologies, Including Lcd, Oled, And Led.

  • Experience In Project Management, Including Leading A Team Of Engineers And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams To Deliver Projects On Time And Within Budget.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Mentor And Develop Junior Engineers And Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
