  1. Design, develop, and maintain specialized test equipment for advanced electronic systems.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements and develop innovative solutions.
  3. Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in electronic testing technology.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with test equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.
  5. Develop and implement test plans and procedures to ensure efficient and effective testing processes.
  6. Document and maintain test equipment designs, specifications, and procedures.
  7. Perform regular maintenance and calibration of test equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  8. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and equipment.
  9. Train and mentor team members on the proper use and maintenance of test equipment.
  10. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while working with test equipment.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the design and use of test equipment.
  12. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to source and acquire necessary components for test equipment.
  13. Contribute to the development of project budgets and timelines related to test equipment design and maintenance.
  14. Continuously evaluate and optimize testing processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  15. Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail in all tasks and deliverables.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Designing And Testing Electronic Systems

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As Mil-Std-810 And Do-160

  • Familiarity With Electronic Test Equipment And Software, Such As Oscilloscopes And Labview

  • Strong Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot Complex Electronic Systems.
