- Design, develop, and maintain specialized test equipment for advanced electronic systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements and develop innovative solutions.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in electronic testing technology.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with test equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.
- Develop and implement test plans and procedures to ensure efficient and effective testing processes.
- Document and maintain test equipment designs, specifications, and procedures.
- Perform regular maintenance and calibration of test equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and equipment.
- Train and mentor team members on the proper use and maintenance of test equipment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while working with test equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the design and use of test equipment.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to source and acquire necessary components for test equipment.
- Contribute to the development of project budgets and timelines related to test equipment design and maintenance.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize testing processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail in all tasks and deliverables.
Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Designing And Testing Electronic Systems
Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As Mil-Std-810 And Do-160
Familiarity With Electronic Test Equipment And Software, Such As Oscilloscopes And Labview
Strong Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot Complex Electronic Systems.
