  1. Design and develop complex electrical harnesses for aircraft and spacecraft systems.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration and functionality of electrical systems.
  3. Conduct thorough analysis and testing of electrical harness designs to ensure safety and reliability.
  4. Provide technical expertise and support to project teams and stakeholders.
  5. Continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement in electrical harness design and development.
  6. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in electrical engineering.
  7. Adhere to company and industry standards and regulations in all electrical harness designs and processes.
  8. Troubleshoot and solve any issues that arise during the design, development, and production phases.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing updates and progress reports.
  10. Contribute to project planning and scheduling to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  11. Mentor and guide junior engineers in electrical harness design and development.
  12. Maintain accurate documentation and records of all electrical harness designs and modifications.
  13. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source necessary components and materials.
  14. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures in all aspects of work.
  15. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Electrical Harness Design And Development.

  • Proficiency In Cad Software And Knowledge Of Industry Standards For Harness Design.

  • Strong Understanding Of Electrical Systems And Components, Including Wiring, Connectors, And Terminals.

  • Ability To Interpret Technical Drawings And Schematics And Effectively Communicate Design Concepts To Cross-Functional Teams.
