  1. Manage and oversee all aspects of the distribution and logistics operations for the company.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to streamline supply chain processes and improve efficiency.
  3. Ensure timely delivery of products to customers by coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
  4. Monitor and track inventory levels to maintain optimum levels and prevent stock shortages.
  5. Analyze data and make recommendations for cost-saving measures and process improvements.
  6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks in the supply chain.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials.

  9. Train and mentor team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  10. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to provide updates on supply chain performance and address any concerns or issues.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the transportation and distribution of products.
  12. Proactively identify and mitigate any potential risks in the supply chain.
  13. Monitor and manage the budget for the distribution and logistics department.
  14. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making to support the company's overall goals and objectives.
  15. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to distribution and logistics activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Distribution And Logistics, Preferably In A Defense Industry Or Government Contracting Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Supply Chain Operations, Including Inventory Management, Transportation, And Warehouse Operations.

  • Knowledge Of Government Regulations And Compliance Requirements Related To Distribution And Logistics.

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
