  1. Develop and deliver training programs for customers on the latest technologies and products offered by Lockheed Martin.
  2. Create training materials and resources that are easy to understand and follow.
  3. Conduct training sessions and workshops both in person and virtually.
  4. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content.
  5. Customize training programs to meet the specific needs and requirements of each customer.
  6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
  7. Provide technical support and assistance to customers during and after training sessions.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to continuously enhance training programs.
  9. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to address any training-related issues or concerns.
  10. Maintain records and documentation of training activities and customer feedback.
  11. Proactively identify opportunities to improve and streamline training processes.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during training delivery.
  13. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote and market training programs to potential customers.
  14. Represent Lockheed Martin in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  15. Continuously strive for excellence and contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Education, Instructional Design, Or Engineering.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Training Or Teaching Role, Preferably In A Technical Or Aerospace Industry.

  • Strong Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Complex Information To Diverse Audiences.

  • Proven Experience In Developing Training Materials And Curriculum That Align With Organizational Goals And Objectives.

  • Knowledge Of Lockheed Martin Products And Systems, As Well As Industry Standards And Regulations, To Effectively Train Customers On Their Proper Usage And Maintenance.
