We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Control Account Manager to join our team and oversee our government furnished aeronautical equipment projects. As a Control Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of these projects, ensuring their successful execution and delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and financial management, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.   1. Manage the financial aspects of government furnished aeronautical equipment projects and ensure their successful execution and delivery.
  2. Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  3. Monitor project costs and variances, and make necessary adjustments to stay within budget.
  4. Collaborate with project team members to develop and maintain project schedules.
  5. Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies.
  6. Communicate project status and financial updates to stakeholders, including clients and senior management.
  7. Identify and mitigate potential financial risks and issues.
  8. Provide guidance and direction to project team members on financial management processes and procedures.
  9. Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payments.
  10. Conduct regular reviews and audits of project financials to ensure accuracy and adherence to established processes.
  11. Support proposal development by providing accurate and timely cost estimates.
  12. Mentor and develop junior team members in financial management processes and procedures.
  13. Stay current on industry and government regulations related to project financial management.
  14. Represent the company in meetings and negotiations with clients and government representatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Administration, Finance, Or Engineering.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A Project Management Role, Preferably In The Aerospace Or Defense Industry.

  • Familiarity With Government Contracting Regulations And Procedures, Specifically As They Pertain To Government Furnished Equipment.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Multiple Stakeholders.

  • Knowledge Of Cost Management And Control Principles, Including Experience With Earned Value Management (Evm) Techniques.
