- Fabricate composite materials for use in the production of advanced aircraft and spacecraft.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement new and innovative composite manufacturing techniques.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication.
- Work with various tools and equipment, including cutting, drilling, and sanding tools, to shape and mold composite materials.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure materials meet company and industry standards.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and procedures while working with composite materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the fabrication process.

Knowledge Of Composite Materials: A Composite Fabricator - Developmental Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Various Composite Materials And Their Properties, Such As Carbon Fiber, Fiberglass, And Kevlar. This Includes Knowledge Of Fabrication Techniques And Processes.
Experience With Manufacturing Equipment: Proficiency With Manufacturing Equipment Such As Lamination Tables, Autoclaves, And Curing Ovens Is An Essential Qualification For This Role. The Candidate Should Have Hands-On Experience In Operating And Maintaining These Machines.
