  1. Operate and maintain CNC and manual machines to produce high-quality components according to engineering drawings and specifications.
  2. Perform precision machining operations such as cutting, drilling, milling, and grinding to tight tolerances.
  3. Set up and program machines using CAD/CAM software.
  4. Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to ensure adherence to specifications.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machine performance or part quality.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized work area and properly handle and dispose of materials.
  7. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  8. Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other team members to develop and improve machining processes.
  9. Continuously improve skills and stay up-to-date with advancements in machining technology.
  10. Meet production targets and deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy and quality.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members and managers to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
  13. Train and mentor junior machinists as needed.
  14. Participate in process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  15. Represent the company in a professional manner and promote a positive image to clients and stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Operating Cnc And Manual Machining Equipment, Such As Lathes, Mills, And Grinders.

  • Proficiency In Reading And Interpreting Technical Drawings And Blueprints, With A Strong Understanding Of Geometric Dimensioning And Tolerancing (Gd&T).

  • Familiarity With Various Machining Materials, Including But Not Limited To Aluminum, Steel, And Titanium.

  • Strong Understanding Of Machining Processes, Such As Milling, Turning, Drilling, And Grinding, And The Ability To Troubleshoot And Make Adjustments As Needed.

  • Prior Experience In A Precision Machining Environment, With A Focus On Maintaining Tight Tolerances And Producing High-Quality Parts.
