Job Description

Lockheed Martin recognizes the tremendous opportunity for significant advancement in the way Classified IT services are delivered to our Business Area partners. These improvements will ultimately enable Lockheed to build better products faster in support US Department of Defense mission. Analyze business demands for Classified IT service delivery, translating into technical requirements, allocation of engineering and operations resources, work prioritization, work capacity analysis, including coordination with the architecture team for new services. Develop and evolve a centralized demand management process and tools for Classified IT. Develop and improve workflows to manage and track work across the Classified IT Organization. Facilitate the procurement of needed hardware, software and services required to meet customer classified IT demand.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong Program Management experience leading technical, schedule, cost, and risk aspects of IT projects

  • Experience providing leadership to technical IT teams in the delivery of specific objectives

  • Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where requirements and priorities can change rapidly.

  • Strong financial background. CAM and PM certified
