- Perform upgrades and modifications to avionics systems as needed, staying up-to-date on the latest technology and advancements in the field.
- Collaborate with other team members, including engineers and other technicians, to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while working on avionics systems, ensuring a safe and secure work environment.
- Maintain accurate records of all work completed, including maintenance logs and repair reports.
- Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and standards, ensuring all work is compliant and meets required guidelines.
- Communicate with clients and other stakeholders to provide updates on work progress and any issues that may arise.
- Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation in avionics systems, making suggestions for upgrades or changes as needed.
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times, maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Avionics Maintenance, Repair, And Troubleshooting On F-16 Aircraft.
Extensive Knowledge And Understanding Of F-16 Avionics Systems, Including Communication, Navigation, And Weapon Systems.
Familiarity With Technical Manuals, Schematics, And Blueprints To Perform Maintenance And Repairs On Avionics Systems.
Must Have Completed A Formal Training Program In Avionics Maintenance, And Possess Relevant Certifications And Licenses.
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And High-Pressure Environment, And Adapt To Changing Priorities And Tasks As Needed.
