- Troubleshoot complex aircraft issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Conduct inspections and tests on aircraft systems and components to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols to ensure consistent and high-quality work.
- Oversee and monitor maintenance activities to ensure they adhere to safety standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and address maintenance issues and improve processes.

Bachelor's Degree In Aerospace Engineering Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Aircraft Maintenance And Support, Preferably In A Senior Or Leadership Role.
Knowledge Of And Experience With Faa Regulations And Requirements For Aircraft Maintenance And Support.
Proficiency With Aircraft Maintenance Software And Systems, Such As Sap Or Mro Software.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Team And Communicate Effectively With Clients And Stakeholders.
