  1. Perform routine and non-routine maintenance tasks on aircraft to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  2. Troubleshoot complex aircraft issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  3. Conduct inspections and tests on aircraft systems and components to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  4. Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols to ensure consistent and high-quality work.
  5. Oversee and monitor maintenance activities to ensure they adhere to safety standards and regulations.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to identify and address maintenance issues and improve processes.
  7. Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and new technologies to continuously improve maintenance practices.
  9. Train and mentor junior maintenance engineers to develop their skills and knowledge.
  10. Provide technical support and guidance to aircraft maintenance personnel.
  11. Monitor and manage inventory of spare parts and equipment to ensure availability for maintenance tasks.
  12. Identify and implement cost-saving measures to improve efficiency and reduce expenses.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as safety regulations.
  14. Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to coordinate maintenance activities.
  15. Participate in meetings and discussions to provide updates on maintenance activities and suggest improvements.
  16. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  17. Adhere to strict timelines and deadlines to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Aerospace Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Aircraft Maintenance And Support, Preferably In A Senior Or Leadership Role.

  • Knowledge Of And Experience With Faa Regulations And Requirements For Aircraft Maintenance And Support.

  • Proficiency With Aircraft Maintenance Software And Systems, Such As Sap Or Mro Software.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Team And Communicate Effectively With Clients And Stakeholders.
