
Aeronautical Engineer (Structures)
Be responsible for the timely and economical disposition of non-conforming parts and hardware of major components and functional systems, minimizing impacts to operation spans and delivery schedules. Recognize pertinent design factors relating to structural analysis, interchangeability, maintainability, effective use and operation, and other contractual specification requirements. Support aircraft production and provide rapid response in support of worldwide operations. Participate in anomaly investigation, technical solution, and coordination with multiple support organizations and government customers. Provide awareness regarding errors related to released engineering and manufacturing Build-to-Packages.
3+ years of related experience
Experience with military aircraft design, assembly, or repair
Familiarity with most types of aircraft materials and fabrication processes such as composites, metals, harness wiring, tubing, ducting
