Job Description

The People Analytics & Technology organization is actively seeking AI/ML Research Engineer professionals to provide data-driven insights to answer Lockheed Martin's most critical human capital challenges. The analyst will conduct advanced predictive analytics and modeling on a variety of HR data. If you are you a skilled in this area, this is the right opportunity for you! The successful candidate will be a member of the AI for HR group at Lockheed Martin. The team is responsible for providing AI/ML solutions for HR professionals and business leaders, interfacing with a broader group of Business Area teams on analytics, reporting and HR systems.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience designing, training, and deploying machine learning solutions in production

  • Experience utilizing data visualization tools and packages (Tableau, Shiny, etc.)

  • Experience working on collaborative software engineering teams, including open source projects

  • Working knowledge of graph algorithms and experience with graph databases (e.g. Neo4j)

  • Experience building and maintaining data pipelines that support ETL processes
