  1. Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent to the organization.
  2. Utilize various sourcing techniques, such as job postings, networking, and social media, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  3. Conduct thorough and efficient screening and interviewing processes to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
  4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on candidate selection.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment processes.
  7. Represent the organization and promote its employer brand at career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment events.
  8. Track and report on recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  9. Provide support and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment processes and best practices.
  10. Maintain a thorough understanding of the organization's culture, values, and goals to attract candidates who align with them.
  11. Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  12. Continuously strive for diversity and inclusion in recruitment efforts to foster a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
  14. Proactively identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process and suggest and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Represent the organization's commitment to exceptional customer service and a positive work culture in all interactions with candidates.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Recruitment Best Practices And Experience Utilizing Various Sourcing Techniques.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Hiring Managers And Candidates.

  • Experience Managing The Full Recruiting Cycle, Including Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, And Onboarding.
