loanDepot is proud to offer a unique opportunity to join our National Builder Loan Consultant team. We are looking for a motivated individual with a can-do attitude and strong customer service skills to support our growing builder loan program. The ideal candidate should have a demonstrated knowledge of the mortgage industry, a thorough understanding of the loan origination process, and the ability to think strategically and act decisively. They must also be able to interact with people of all backgrounds and be comfortable working with all levels of personnel. Responsibilities:

Consult with customers to identify their mortgage loan needs and provide appropriate advice and support.
Develop and maintain relationships with builder clients by providing exceptional customer service.
Manage the loan origination process, including application, document collection, underwriting, and closing.
Analyze and evaluate loan applications to determine eligibility for approval.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and loan activity.
Stay abreast of industry trends and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any loan-related issues.
Create marketing materials and strategies to promote builder loan program.
Train and mentor loan officers and other personnel on loan origination process.
Assist with loan origination system upgrades and implementation of new technology.
