  1. Design and develop MS Dynamics-365 CRM system to meet business requirements and goals.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
  3. Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in the CRM space and apply them to enhance the existing system.
  4. Take ownership of end-to-end development and delivery of CRM projects.
  5. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of the CRM system to ensure high-quality and error-free solutions.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  7. Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability of the CRM system.
  8. Document technical designs, processes, and procedures for future reference.
  9. Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
  10. Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress.
  12. Adhere to project timelines and deliver projects within the given deadlines.
  13. Proactively identify and recommend improvements to the CRM system to enhance its performance and functionality.
  14. Continuously monitor and analyze system performance and make necessary optimizations.
  15. Ensure compliance with company coding standards and best practices.
  16. Actively participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
  17. Keep track of industry developments and trends related to CRM systems.
  18. Collaborate with third-party vendors and partners as needed for integration and support.
  19. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards work and team members.
  20. Take on additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by the management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Developing, Implementing, And Customizing Ms Dynamics 365 Crm.

  • Strong Understanding Of Crm Best Practices And Methodologies.

  • Proficiency In C#, .Net, Javascript, And Sql.

  • Experience With Agile Software Development Methodology.
