  1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date loan documentation in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
  2. Review loan documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Organize and maintain physical and electronic loan files in a timely and efficient manner.
  4. Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues with loan documentation.
  5. Work closely with loan processors and underwriters to ensure timely and accurate completion of loan documentation.
  6. Assist with data entry and data management tasks related to loan documentation.
  7. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding loan documentation requirements and updates.
  8. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  9. Continuously monitor and improve document control processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  10. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive loan information at all times.
  11. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed on new processes and procedures.
  12. Collaborate with other departments to resolve any document-related issues or concerns.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  14. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

  • Strong Organizational Skills: A Document Control Assistant At Loandepot Should Possess Excellent Organizational Skills To Manage And Maintain Large Amounts Of Documentation In An Orderly And Efficient Manner.
