  1. Negotiate and manage contractual agreements for loanDepot.
  2. Research and analyze legal terminology and contract law in order to ensure compliance.
  3. Collaborate with various departments to ensure all contractual agreements meet the needs of the organization.
  4. Review and revise existing contracts to identify potential risks and make necessary changes.
  5. Communicate and negotiate with external parties to secure favorable terms and conditions.
  6. Monitor and track contract deadlines and ensure all parties are meeting their obligations.
  7. Conduct thorough reviews of contract terms and conditions to identify potential areas of improvement.
  8. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of loanDepot's products, services, and processes.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and changes in legal requirements related to contractual agreements.
  10. Provide guidance and support to other departments on contract-related matters.
  11. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance contract management efficiency.
  12. Ensure all contracts are stored and organized in a secure and accessible manner.
  13. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all contract negotiations and agreements.
  14. Liaise with legal counsel as needed to resolve any contract-related issues.
  15. Continuously evaluate and update internal contract policies and procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
