- Collaborate with various departments to ensure all contractual agreements meet the needs of the organization.
- Review and revise existing contracts to identify potential risks and make necessary changes.
- Communicate and negotiate with external parties to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Monitor and track contract deadlines and ensure all parties are meeting their obligations.
- Conduct thorough reviews of contract terms and conditions to identify potential areas of improvement.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of loanDepot's products, services, and processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and changes in legal requirements related to contractual agreements.
- Provide guidance and support to other departments on contract-related matters.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance contract management efficiency.
- Ensure all contracts are stored and organized in a secure and accessible manner.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all contract negotiations and agreements.

Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills
