Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Bankruptcy Specialist to join our team at loanDepot. This role is critical to ensuring our customers are compliant with the government's bankruptcy regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of bankruptcy laws, exceptional customer service skills, and a passion for helping others.To be successful in this role, you must have at least two years of experience in consumer bankruptcy filing and litigation. Additionally, you must have experience with the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required. The ability to quickly troubleshoot and problem-solve is essential, as is the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.At loanDepot, we are passionate about helping our customers achieve their financial goals. Responsibilities:

Ensure customer compliance with all government bankruptcy regulations.
File and litigate consumer bankruptcy cases.
Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Remain up to date on Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act.
Troubleshoot and problem-solve quickly and effectively.
Multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Assist customers in achieving their financial goals.
Provide guidance and support to customers.
Communicate effectively with customers and other loanDepot teams.
Monitor the progress of customer bankruptcy cases.
