Job Description

Answer calls/inquires to engage customers and execute sales proficiency using Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model. Provide accurate directions to guests for all store locations. Answer questions regarding store policies, promotions, and inquiries. Assist with other duties as assigned by a supervisor or manager May open or close a shift on occasion. Possess solid communication skills in order to handle most calls independently. Able to convey empathy with callers and possess excellent listening and questioning skills. Able to write clear notes regarding calls and be able to communicate effectively via phone, face-to-face, and through e-mail.
