
Merchandise Assistant Planner
Support Merchandise and Associate Planners to help drive sales, optimize inventory, and generate profits. Timely execution of purchase order revisions and upload new purchase orders given by planning team. Reconcile all Planning team’s import purchase order discrepancies. Review and reconcile open Jira tickets regarding Po discrepancies from DC teams on a daily basis. Review and reconcile Upholstery team’s bookings exceptions on a daily basis. Reconcile and clean up past due open PO’s on a monthly basis. Manage and review quick ship program items every week or every 2 weeks to ensure we are fulfilling sales demand while managing WOS targets. Work with suppliers to ensure quick ship inventory levels are appropriately planned and alert Planners of any risk to inventory while understanding supplier’s invested costs to the quick ship program.
1-3 years of experience in retail planning, merchandising or buying
One-year experience in retail preferably in a merchandising role
