Job Description

Performs complex to specialized support to areas of the supply chain operations, such as identifying operational or service concerns, running and analyzing operational reports, and interfacing with carriers on requirements. Receives and processes documents for accuracy, which requires complex knowledge of guests, carriers, and procedures. Processes operational data in software systems and applications, identifies missing or potential operational or service concerns, and resolves with the appropriate team. Utilizes databases, logs, and other sources to locate and verify information; information is usually complex in nature. Identifies and completes services or assists others that require special or expedited handing. Runs, analyzes and summarizes operational reports and details; presents information to leadership and stakeholders. Create reporting to track monthly metrics and KPI's to measure carrier performance.

Job Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years experience in supply chain or business analyst role
Prefer analyst experience in supply chain, or transportation environment.
Working knowledge of DOT regulations
