Job Description

The Email Designer will design promotional, seasonal and targeted emails to inspire our customers and send them to our website. Will work collaboratively with the other designers on the team to introduce new and innovate designs/ideas as well as with the Email Marketing Manager to meet email schedules and expected email open/click rates. Consistently improve the performance of email marketing and identify enhancement opportunities for a/b test ideas. Execute all email design stages from concept to final hand-off html to Email Marketing Manager. Work closely with the Email Marketing Manager and designers to help strategize and create new campaigns. Research effective marketing peers for inspiration for new email campaigns. Present designs to other designers and key stakeholders. Keep consistency in the design following and updating email templates.

Job Qualifications

3+ years of experience in email design including digital design, responsive layout.
Web design/e-commerce experience is a plus.
Knowledge of HTML for email and email design
