
Retirement Plan Consultant
Provide the plan participant a great familiarity with the retirement products, services and procedures offered by Lincoln Financial Group. Conduct presentations on topics that range from retirement plan participation and market volatility to Social Security and Medicare. Communicate effectively with plan sponsors and clients through relationship building and customer focus Builds and maintains effective long-term relationships with Plan. Sponsor/Participants to ensure a high level of satisfaction and plan retention Review retirement program at New Employee Orientation and assist with enrolling employees. Maintains client interactions including one on one participant meetings in Salesforce.
FINRA S6 and S63 within 90 days
1 - 3+ Years experience in Retirement Plans or Financial Services sales
Ability to drive performance targets to completion
