- Develop and implement workforce development strategies to enhance the skills and employability of community members.
- Collaborate with a diverse group of individuals and organizations to identify workforce needs and create partnerships for training and job placement opportunities.
- Conduct outreach and engagement efforts to connect with community members and promote workforce development programs and services.
- Provide leadership and direction to a team of workforce development staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and effective services.
- Evaluate the success of workforce development programs and make recommendations for improvement and expansion.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in workforce development to inform program development and implementation.
- Build and maintain relationships with employers to facilitate job placement opportunities for program participants.
- Develop and manage budgets for workforce development programs and ensure financial goals are met.
- Collaborate with internal departments to align workforce development efforts with the organization's overall mission and goals.
- Represent LifeBridge Health at community events and meetings to promote and advocate for workforce development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and data on program participants, outcomes, and partnerships.
- Serve as a mentor and coach to program participants, providing guidance and support in their personal and professional development.
- Continuously assess the needs and barriers of the community and adjust workforce development strategies accordingly.
- Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in the delivery of services and interactions with program participants and partners.
- Regularly report on program progress and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Workforce Development, Training, Or Talent Management.
Knowledge Of Current Workforce Development Trends And Best Practices.
Strong Interpersonal And Communication Skills.
Ability To Develop And Implement Effective Training Programs And Strategies.
