- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the organization.
- Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements and expectations for each role.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely and professional communication and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Utilize applicant tracking system to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.
- Provide guidance and support to new hires during the onboarding process, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
- Conduct reference and background checks on potential candidates to verify employment, education, and other relevant information.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and onboarding processes to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with HR team members to ensure compliance with all hiring and onboarding policies and procedures.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information related to recruitment and employee data.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that aligns with the organization's mission and values.
- Represent the organization at job fairs, career events, and other recruitment-related activities to promote the company and attract potential candidates.
- Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed.
Fluency In Spanish: As A Bilingual-Spanish Talent Acquisition Specialist, Proficiency In Spanish Is A Critical Qualification For Effectively Communicating With And Recruiting Spanish-Speaking Candidates.

Experience In Talent Acquisition: A Successful Candidate For This Role Should Have Prior Experience In Talent Acquisition, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting. This Includes Experience In Sourcing, Screening, And Recruiting Candidates For Various Positions.
Organizational Skills: As A Talent Acquisition Specialist, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Managing Multiple Tasks And Deadlines. Strong Organizational Skills Are Essential To Effectively Manage And Prioritize The Onboarding Process For New Employees.
Interpersonal And Communication Skills: This Role Requires Frequent Communication With Candidates, Hiring Managers, And Other Stakeholders. Excellent Interpersonal And Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, Are Necessary For Building Relationships And Ensuring A Smooth Onboarding Process.
