As a Systems Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and functionality of our organization's IT systems. We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional with experience in system administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.   1. Manage and maintain all IT systems and infrastructure for LifeBridge Health, ensuring their reliability and functionality at all times.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to operations.
  3. Proactively monitor systems and perform regular maintenance to identify and address any potential issues before they become critical.
  4. Implement and maintain system security protocols to ensure the protection of sensitive data and information.
  5. Collaborate with other IT team members to develop and implement new systems or upgrades to existing systems.
  6. Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to continuously improve and optimize system performance.
  7. Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, both remotely and in-person, to address any IT-related issues or concerns.
  8. Develop and maintain documentation for all systems, including configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and user guides.
  9. Coordinate and perform system backups and disaster recovery protocols to ensure the safety and accessibility of data.
  10. Communicate with third-party vendors to resolve any system-related issues or to procure necessary equipment or software.
  11. Train and educate users on new systems and updates to existing systems to ensure efficient and effective utilization.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including security protocols, to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of information.
  13. Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide solutions to improve their workflow and productivity.
  14. Continuously assess and improve system performance and make recommendations for upgrades or changes as needed.
  15. Participate in on-call rotations to provide after-hours support for systems and resolve any urgent issues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Systems Administration Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Server And Network Operations, Including Experience With Windows, Linux, And Virtualization Technologies

  • Strong Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot Complex Technical Issues

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
