  1. Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.
  2. Assist with patient assessments and documentation of vital signs, medications, and treatments.
  3. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
  4. Administer medications and treatments as directed by a registered nurse or physician.
  5. Monitor and report changes in patient's condition, behavior, and response to treatment.
  6. Educate patients and families on healthcare procedures and treatments.
  7. Maintain a safe and clean patient environment, ensuring infection control and safety protocols are followed.
  8. Attend and actively participate in training and educational opportunities provided by LifeBridge Health.
  9. Adhere to ethical and legal standards of nursing practice.
  10. Demonstrate professionalism, compassion, and empathy towards patients and their families.
  11. Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  12. Collaborate with registered nurses and physicians to provide quality patient care and promote positive patient outcomes.
  13. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to patient care plans.
  14. Seek guidance and mentorship from experienced staff to enhance learning and professional growth.
  15. Maintain confidentiality and privacy of patient information.
  16. Adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
  17. Attend and actively participate in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
  18. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
  19. Identify and report any potential or actual patient safety issues.
  20. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Job Qualifications
