  1. Provide hands-on assistance and support to experienced nursing staff in providing care to patients.
  2. Demonstrate compassion and dedication towards patients and their well-being.
  3. Participate in classroom and clinical training as part of the GNA program.
  4. Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure efficient and safe patient care.
  5. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  6. Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to coordinate and implement patient care plans.
  7. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care activities.
  8. Adhere to ethical and legal standards in the performance of duties.
  9. Act as an advocate for patients, promoting their rights and ensuring their needs are met.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: As A Student-Gna, Having A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Is A Basic Requirement To Ensure That The Candidate Has A Strong Educational Foundation.

  • Current Enrollment In A Nursing Program: Being Enrolled In A Nursing Program Demonstrates A Strong Interest And Commitment To The Healthcare Field, Making The Candidate A Suitable Fit For The Student-Gna Position.

  • Basic Life Support (Bls) Certification: This Certification Is Crucial For Healthcare Professionals As It Provides Training In Emergency Medical Procedures And Shows That The Candidate Has The Necessary Skills To Provide Basic Life Support In The Event Of An Emergency.

  • Good Communication Skills: As A Student-Gna, The Candidate Will Need To Communicate Effectively With Patients, Their Families, And The Healthcare Team. Having Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills Is Essential For This Role.

  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: Working In A Healthcare Setting Can Be Fast-Paced And Demanding. A Student-Gna Should Be Able To Handle Multiple Tasks, Prioritize Effectively, And Work Efficiently Under Pressure To Provide Quality Care To Patients.
