Job Description

LifeBridge Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staffing Coordinator (Clinical) to join our team and help us deliver exceptional care to our patients. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our healthcare facilities are adequately staffed and that all shifts are filled with qualified and competent clinical staff.   1. Coordinate and manage the staffing and scheduling needs of multiple healthcare facilities within LifeBridge Health.
  2. Utilize efficient and effective methods to ensure all shifts are adequately staffed with qualified and competent clinical staff.
  3. Collaborate with department managers and supervisors to determine staffing needs and make adjustments as necessary.
  4. Monitor and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee availability, time-off requests, and staffing schedules.
  5. Utilize appropriate software or systems to manage and track staffing data, including employee information, schedules, and payroll.
  6. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations related to staffing and scheduling.
  7. Proactively anticipate and address potential staffing shortages or conflicts to ensure seamless operations and minimize disruptions.
  8. Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees, including conducting interviews and coordinating orientation and training.
  9. Communicate effectively with employees and managers regarding scheduling changes, updates, and other related information.
  10. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of patient care.
  11. Remain up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to staffing and scheduling in healthcare.
  12. Demonstrate a compassionate and customer-focused approach in all interactions with employees, patients, and their families.
  13. Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance with industry standards and promote a safe and positive work environment.
  14. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to ethical and professional standards at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Staffing Or Recruitment Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Clinical Staffing And Scheduling Processes, Including Familiarity With Relevant Regulations And Labor Laws.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With A Diverse Group Of Employees And Stakeholders.

  • Proficiency In Hr Software And Scheduling Systems, As Well As Microsoft Office Applications.
